Do I benefit from a warranty on the glasses from 29.90€ ?

Yes! The legal 2-year period warranty is applicable on all glasses selected by Glasses24.

Validity period of our warranty "10% satisfied or money-back" ?

It is easy, Glasses24 offers a warranty of 30 days during which you can try your glasses. This is a non-binding offer.

On Glasses24 the customer profits from the guarantee of the latent defects. Furthermore, we apply a "100% satisfied or money-back" warranty. In this respect, the customer acknowledges that the product images on our website are not binding and that the conformity is to be assessed in relation to the characteristics of the model, the colour and the prescription recorded in the order the customer validated.

To benefit from the warranty "100% satisfied or money-back", you have to upload your prescription and the photo to measure your pupillary distance in the process of placing your order. In the absence of these elements, the customer acknowledges that Glasses24 reserves the right to not proceed to the refund, nor to an exchange, and that Glasses24 can not be held responsible in this case.

To benefit from our "100% satisfied or reimbursed" warranty, contact us at Client Support before returning your glasses to Glasses24 within 30 days (starting from the delivery date of the product). We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered post or to bring them to our offices after our customer service has approved this return.

The parcel should contain :

  • The product(s) in the original state the client received it (original packaging, accessories if there are, documents...). If the product is presented in a state that reveals a use exceeding the simple testing of the client, we can not proceed to a refund or exchange procedure.
  • The purchase invoice, to facilitate the refund process.

The client acknowledges that the "100% satisfied or money back" warranty is only applicable once and applies only to the product initially ordered by the customer.

Exception : In the absence of the elements stated above, the Client acknowledges that Glasses24 reserves the right to not proceed to the refund, nor to an exchange, and that Glasses24 can not be held responsible in this case.
